UR-Q Top Speed...

Well I have finally been able to speed test my '85 UR-Q... well I wasnt tooo
terribly impressed, on the flat road I got about 90mph... it's sitting
around 4000 rpm in 5th gear and just doesnt want to go any faster (grrrrr)
but 0-60 is around 6.5 sec.  (which is great!) The handling is awesome at
all speeds but it's the top speed I'm concered about, I thought it would go
faster (130+ mph)  And when I was driving home in stop and go traffic the
idle would be up around 1500-2000 rpm.

Is there something wrong?  Or is this normal? I am concerned since my 4K-Q
can go 110 mph.

Car Specs:
1985 UR-Q 59,000 miles
Chipped (done at Superchips, Florida)
No Catalytic Converter (STOCK!)
No Rear muffler, only center resonator.
