Listen to the passenger side corner by the fuel distributor (when running) for a
sound like a buzzing bee - if you don't hear it, it may very well be the aux
contacts in your fuel pump relay.
Otherwise - try taking a pair of vise grips and clamping off one side of the ISV.
If it ran fine prior to playing with the ISV, its a good chance thats where the
prob is.
