1.8T Motor Swapping Finale

Swapping is difficult with any engine, maybe the drivetrain can be left
alone, maybe not. Maybe you will have to fabricate motor mounts or maybe
you will have to just move the battery. Who knows? I personally would take
a 1.8T for my 80 4cylinder over an MC or 3B any day. Maybe you all
wouldn't. I am up for getting two motor mounts made, I am up for getting a
good tranny to handle the power after a K04 turbo gets on board, I am up to
move plenty of stuff around my engine bay, and I am up for having a very
unique car that is my very own creation.
Swapping is a great idea, and it is only an idea until someone does it
and documents every step for others to follow. If you have the cash, a 4k,
and really want to have a unique car get a 1.8T swap together. If you don't
have the cash, the time, or don't want a really unique car don't do it.
The real issue behind this whole 4k 1.8T swap issue is that I can get
people a new motor and a ton of expensive parts for peanuts compared to what
it could cost in the US. A used 1.8T from a crunched A4 goes for $4000,
that is used as well. If one of you Audi peoples out there would like to
try a 1.8T in your Audi contact me. I'll try to get as much info as
possible and I can get you the new motor with a ton of needed parts for very
cheap. I am here to help and get people what they want. Try me!

Thanks for listening to my bs,
