Turbo after-run pump



First of all - on the MB and my MC-2 engines, it's not an after-run
pump - it runs all the time.

Second - you can't meaningfully test it in circuit.  You can hear it
hum - but the most common failure mode is the impellor separating
from the motor shaft.  It hums away all day but no water moves.

You have to take it off the car and watch the impellor when you apply
volts.
