It sounds like your speedo is dragging somehow...especially since you can get 
redline in the other gears.  Not that I do it often, but I think my UrQ is 
right around (and over) 100 at 4,000 in 5th, and I don't think they changed 
the gearing that much between my WR car and yours.  Weird...
