This is probably a highly unlikely cause of your problem, but I purchased 
rotors that were made by a U.S. company.  WRT to specs, they were OEM,  but I 
don't think the quality of the metal was up to spec... They warped in 3 
months... 
I don't know if it is possible, but you may have gotten a clutch part from 
something other than an OEM, that has inferior materials...

Just a thought...
