Well, I won't gurantee if this works...

Lay out the files on the HD as it should appear on CD. Go get one of those
CD burning softwares that is able to create ISO image from HD, and create
the image. Now, go search for "virtual CD" software that can mount the
image so it appears to be a real CD-ROM. It may be worth a try if you're
desperate.

This is just a theory... I never done this (NBTNDT).
