I _wish_ someone would have let me know about all of these little rules when I joined the list in 1998.  I too have posted a number of times regarding "nagging common 5k" problems.  I realize that for people who've been on the list for a while and are knowledgable about audis, these posts may be a repeat of something they've read ten times before, and a repeat of what is essentially the SAME post over and over and over again can get REALLY annoying.  Physician, heal thyself.
