RE: Was there an '86-88 5kq in the USA?



My books don't even show an automatic Q in the 90 series cars. No auto in
the small cars until the A4's. Anyone have some other info?

		For the U.S., the first automatic trans quattro was the 1990
V8.
		No other type 44 model quattro was available with auto.
		Auto trans became available with quattro on post-92 100
series
		and 93+ 90.
