KVR Performance ??

I am fishing for info here. Has anyone used this company before?
I have a project using some components they fabricated and need info on
them. I know they are in Canada and I have a phone number but I would like
to know if I can trust the knowledge and integrity of the voice at the other
end of the line (don't we all). I have several questions to ask and I don't
have time to waste with bull sold as know how or waiting for promises to be
fulfilled.
