Long-ass extension (2 foot?), swivel attachement, with an air ratchet... 
(Bolts are 12mm or 13mm?)  The pedal assembly attaches to the fire wall 
fairly high up...  Relatively easy to get off, but you will need the air 
ratchet to get the spin on the bolt to start it (be patient... took me 15 
minutes to get the 4 bolts started... Make sure the seat is all the way back 
and your back is loosened up...)
