MAC-11 error code 2323, and Type 44 questions

Anyone know what 2323 means?  I was sure I read this right when I was
pulling the code, but after trying to find what it means (and failing), I'm
not so sure.  This is from Dad's '87 5kTQw.

Two small detail questions:
1. Bentley lists the '88 as the only year having the dashpot on the
throttle, but the above '87 has it.  Also seems to have a different idle
set screw.
2. The same car has one touch down windows.  I didn't know any 5k's had
these.  When did they appear?
