go to your local FLAPS (friendly local auto parts store)  and there are a 
plethera of leather care products.  ive used a leather conditioner made by 
eagle, and another made by lexoil.  both pretty good.
use at least once a month, especially on the front seats, and the rear 
seatback area and rear headrests which often split due to full UV and IR 
rays.
