I have a good friend who decided to name her son Quattro.  Her husband is 
full-blooded italian who's parents moved to scotland about a month before 
he was born.  The kid's name is something like anthony guiseppe emelio 
quattro zanre.  they liked that better than anthony zanre the 
4th.  Everyone calls him quattro.  He just turned 2 and is a good sport 
about it...  <ba dum bum...  ;->
