Re: Brake Rotors _ Type 44

I am re-installing Brembo cross-drilleds on the front of my 4kq. They are
from 2Bennett (Davis, California). The original ones they shipped were
unplated. They are generally available with zinc plating (looks like
cadmium plating), so I sent them back for plating. I have heard good
reports on the Ate power disks, but no personal BTDT. I initially installed
Mintex "Red Box" pads based on a recommendation for somewhat high
performance results. But I completely used them up at a 2-day track event,
and coated everything with brake dust, including filling up all those neat
cross-drilled holes I paid for. The next set of pads that are going on are
Porterfields (Costa Mesa, California).
