Actually, not. CIS-E (a.k.a. KE-Jetronic) is defined by Bosch to
be the system where the CPR is eliminated, and the fuel distributor
has a DPR on it. Your UrQ has CIS with additional electronic control
of ignition and boost, but it is most assuredly *not* CIS-E. See my
other posting about this too.
