I too was worried when I saw the discoloration of the races. The second
boot I replaced came with a little how-to booklet from Lobro, with color
pictures that showed the same color patterns on the races. In fact, it
was the boot kit from Carlsen that included the booklet. Take a look at
yours, Doug, and see if it shows the same pictures. I imagine your races
have not overheated.
