RE: Deer Season...



If memory serves me correctly the deer had already been hit and was flung
onto his car bonnet and screen. Yuk!!!!!!

One of my neighbors hit a moose in his '85 Volvo 740. He was doing
about 50 mph and hit it. If fell over the windshield, bent the roof,
smashed the windshield and destroyed most of the front, but thanks to
the safe car, he could open the door, go out of the car and wait for
assistance..

I drive my "big" (at least in Europe) 5k, and feel comfortable about
doing that. Those tiny econoboxes are just a piece of crap. Maybe if I
drove a Suburban I would be safer, but I'll count on not being hit by
one.. :-)
