If ya wanna go the electrical route, first check for spark. this is done
by pulling a plug wire, attaching it to a free plug. Make sure to ground
the body. Crank. No spark, dead something. Pull codes.  My experience has
been that the plug i=on the bottom of the coil is exposed to heat and
loosen with age. creates intermittent firing/misfiring condition. Use
pliars to crimp back. Will crack plastic, but will still work. I hope some
of my crap helps.
