MB Urquattro temp gauge help request

MB, right?
It needs bleeding. Park the car with the front raised - perhaps on ramps.
Unscrew the coolant reservoir and lift it three to four centimetres.
Unscrew the bleed screw on top of the radiator.
Fill until water runs out of the bleed screw.
Tighten everything back up.
