Jon and Jeff,
I used Amsoil for less than a week in my 4kq upon aquisition. IT SUCKED. I
love Amsoil, and have used the motor oil for a decade, but it was too
slippery to shift right. Changing to Redline MTL (has "shift improvers," is
100% synthetic) fixed all that, from -20 dF to 110 dF. I did leave the
Amsoil in the rear diff (no shifting, so slippery = good). Naturally, YMMV.
