I've had each of those problems at one time or another, Taka (live long
enough and almost every bad thing can happen to you), but the worst shimmy
I've ever had came from a radial belt separation/shift. At speeds like 4-5
mph, you could watch the fenderline shift sideways back and forth compared
to some fixed object ahead, and the car also rose and fell with each wheel
revolution. The vibration at speed would make you clench your teeth in
fear of biting your tongue.
