So do I. I work for a software company (quite large in the local scale)
which sells a suite of business applications under a registered trademark
"Symphony". A local hardware company apparently liked our trademark and
advertising campaign very much, cause they called their new line of PCs
"Symphony", even using the same FONT, similar graphic layout in their
newspaper ads, etc. etc. It turns out we can't sue them or even complain
about it, cause they are not our direct competition. We sell software, they
sell hardware.
