Finding connector T9 for power windows

I'm having window troubles. After cleaning all the switches a few months
ago, which helped things a lot, all windows but the right-front (US
passenger) stopped working. Strange, I thought. The sunroof still works.

I found that the 12V wire to each window switch is floating, except to
the RF window that works. The rear cigar lighter is not getting power,
either. (I bypassed the lock-out switch a while ago, so that's not the
issue.) The terminal on the power window relay that these 12V points are
connected to is showing good voltage.

>From looking at the Bentley for my '87 5kcstq, I see that the power
window control unit supplies power to the sunroof and RF window (which
work) on one wire and to all the other windows (which don't work) on
another, from the same pin. Sounds like we've found the problem, sort
of.

So I'd like to check things at connector T9, "nine-point, behind
instrument panel," or at welded point Q9, "(+) connection in wiring
harness power windows." But I'm not having much luck finding either of
these from the Bentley's vague descriptions. Can anyone help me here?

Thanks in advance!
