WRT alternate wheels for 4x108 Audis...
I have a Coupe GT '85 which runs three sets of wheels. Ronal R8s soon to receive
195/60-14 autoX rubber...
'98 Ford Contour (Mondeo) six-spoke 15x6 w/195/60/15 M+S tires. These wheels are
49.5 offset and fit fine under the Coupe with no clearance issues (205s will fit
in rear)...
'89 Saab 9000 factory alloys, 195/50-15 Bridgestone Potenzas. Fit fine, though
not hubcentric (no balance probs yet, though)...
BTW, it's really weird how much the CGT resembles the Saab 9000, esp. from the
rear view, and with those wheels fitted. Similar taillights and proportions
overall.
