RE: Yellow Konis



Hi all,
When I sold the 88 5kcstq, I could have started a bidding war.  My opinion:


I offered to sell the car at a listed price, first lister agreed to buy it
at the said terms.  Sounds alot like a contract to me.  

Cranking up a price because more than one buyer shows interest is
unconscionable to me.  First come first served.  Imagine going to Wal-Mart
and having to bid on their last case of Mobil One.  You'd probably _never_
go to Wal-Mart again...
