New brake servo, master cylinder does not have any effect on this.

With the engine running (or right after switching it off, so the bomb is
still pressurized) remove the line which goes from the brake servo to the
reservoir. You should get no more than a few drops of fluid out. If the
fluid keeps escaping from the line it means the brake servo has an internal
leak.

At this point not much, but as the leak in the servo keeps getting bigger
you will be losing power assist to the brakes.

Only to the brakes and it has serious effect on brakes even with the engine
running.
