We just use those cute little pumps from the hand cleaner bottles (look
like oversized versions of the pumps on the soft soap dispensers.) Lots
cheaper than cutting up useful equipment, and lots easier to find. Lots of
places sell hand cleaner in a plastic bottle with a pump, but we don't do
much scuba diving 'round Bucksnort...
