You put a fairly thin screwdriver blade up into the hole in the bottom
of the housing.  here you will engage some teeth in the bottom of a
plastic ring that locks the glass into place, and by pushing the teeth,
rotate it until its slots A line up with the tabs B - and release the
glass.

It may take you a few tries, I know when it was first explained to me it
took me about two days to believe it enough to make it work.

Although your glass should have the two ice melting wires hooked up to
it (and who said 4kq's weren't fancy cars?), be careful not to drop
it...
