List help on A4tq

This is it,
I have my eye on this 1.8tq.
Wondering what I should pay for it?  
The list price is about 32,500.  
What price do you guys feel is good?  30k?  29k?  31k? 15k?(oops, I wish)
This is the first time I am going to deal with a dealer.  Don't know what to 
expect when I am trying to drive down the price.  Any BTDT or hints you guys 
like to share?
