320 examples of the Interceptor FF were built between 67 and 71. As well as
the Fergusson Formula (FF) AWD they also had an early anti-lock brake
system. Even the 6.3 V8 had trouble shifting close on 2 tons of vehicle. The
2WD Interceptors built during the same period were shorter (by 3 inches),
some 500 pounds lighter and used a lot less fuel.
