Good advice.  To add to that though...  9kK is a long enough distance where
if it were abused you would see other issues. A leakdown test/compression
test will look at proper warmups etc. As far as tranny issues, best bet is
probably see how it feels when cold. Does the clutch slip?
Does the A4 keep over rev's in the computer dump codes?
