Jay,

I too have an '88 90q and I live in the Chicago area.  And around here, you
are describing a very common combination.  The quattros have the spoilers
and the fwd's don't.  My understanding is that the 80q's have a smaller lip
spoiler.

Your set up sounds like a standard factory install to me.

I too have the same problem with me heated seat no longer working.  I wussed
and just gave up.

Does anyone know what wheel options were available, if any, for an '88 90q?
I bought my car last August and it has silver BBS wheels on it and a rear
trunk spoiler (painted body color).  I haven't seen the wheels or spoiler on
any other 90's of that year.  Am I right in thinking that these were not put
on by the factory?  Just curious.  Thanks for your help!
