How did you do that?  That is, where is the backlight?  Inside the radio?
So you break the radio casing open and go looking around for something?  I
have the same problem.  The illumination wire lead to the radio has power.
But the light does not go on when the headlights or parking lights are
turned on.  I took the radio out, but did not see anyway to get into it.
What am I overlooking?  TIA
