That is correct.  Awful memnonic: it is backwards of a carburetor.

"Stock" I guess is 50%, middle of the range, but it is really set by
adjusting CO.  Anyway, by setting the % a bit low, ie 40-45%, when the
WOT switch is hit and takes you into open loop, fixed richnesses, you
are richer.  Which, as you say, is what you want...

the duty cycle is measured at the litle test connector which might be at
your right strut housing area.  Witha  dwell meter, 50% duty cycle is
equal to 45 degrees on the 4 cylinder setting.  And that 45 degrees is
the number that makes all the other numbers hard to remember.  Just get
yourself a nice sunpro at sears, not only a direct duty cycle readout,
but 5 cyl dwell... should you ever ditch the electronic
ignition!?!?!?...
