Sensor Technics can build custom pressure transducers to any defined
pressure/output voltage graph.  Not cheap - about $150 per sensor in
short runs.  They may well have a stock sensor that does what you need.

I can also get Bosch PTs, although lead times are long and prices high.
I got a 3kPa sensor for Scott a while back.

Personally, I'd prefer the display in absolute bar.
