    I would check A4.org for these, probably quite cheap with really low 
miles.  To my knowledge the K03 maxes out about 12 psi, but spools up real 
quick.  The Passats, Beetles, and A4 1.8T I have driven have nary a sign of 
turbo lag...very smooth...I like where you are going with this...   ;)
