MT-90 is correct for your tranny.
The "NS" postscript denotes "non-slip", and is for use in non-limited slip
diffs, such as the one in your car. However, it is perfectly safe to use
the regular 75w90 in your car. The only difference is that a friction
modifier is used to allow limited slip diffs to operate correctly. You can
convert "NS" lube to regular by adding the friction modifier, which is
available seperately in a small bottle.
In fact, Redline suggested to me to use the regular version, as it would run
cooler.
