wastegate controller people

To those who posted to me about the wg controller, also read through the
archives for subsequent posts from me related to the intake nozzle mod.
All should be on the archives, within 1-2 weeks after the wg controller
mod post.

If anyone has the subject or the actual post i made for the wg mod, please
send it to me. I no longer have it on file.
