Hey, if the cops get involved in an incident involving you and an SUV
driver, be sure to encourage the officer to cite the guy for illegal
headlight and/or bumper height. AFIK, it's a federal reg, and all states
have it in their codes. Some, like Wisconsin (I think), have
prohibitions regarding alteration of ride height from stock. At the very
least it'll inconvenience the guy, and it may prove to be an expensive
proposition to return the vehicle to legal ride height and get the
ticket signed off. John
