90 questions

I have having a few problems with my 1991 audi 90.  The idle seems to be
low usually around 500rpm and the car stumbles a little before it wants
to accelerate.  It is the worst when the car is cold, and will usually
start up and cut off once before it wants to run on a cold morning.  Any
suggestions of things to try?

Also the engine runs very cool.  The oil temp stays around 70C all the
time and the coolant temp never gets to the first fat bar.   Should it
be running this cool?  And if this isn't right what do i need to do to
get it normal?
