And now a word from our sponsor??

So... is it true? Could it be? A word from Audi of America?

I suppose it could just be someone who setup up a quickie
aol account and decided to play a little joke.

Even still... If true, then its nice to be acknowledged. Too bad we now
have
no way to contact Kevin and tell him to top off his coolant recovery
tank.

Tsk, tsk, tsk.

Reminds me of a letter I sent recently to my credit union in SC.
I sent a payment for my line of credit account. Included with the check
was a
handwritten note expressly indentifying the check as said payment as they
have accepted similar checks in the past as deposits to my share account.
I also informed them of my new address and telephone numbers, as would
any responsible individual.

I received in return, a letter stating that they could not close my
account
because there was a balance still owed.

........ .......... ?? ......... ! ............ . . . . . . .
. . wwwwWWHAAT?!

I can't even bring myself to respond at this point. I will of course
continue
make payment until the debt is settled. Nowhere in my note, on my check,
or even anywhere on the inside or outside of the envelope, was there ANY
reference to closing an account.

Truly un-be-liev-able!

But I digress.

Thanks for the notice Audi of America (if it really is you). Could you
please
forward Kevin's email address so we might respond to him?

Sincerely,
Ed Kellock
