BIRA brakes for A4/5k/2c now available

The BIRA adapters to mount Boxster caliper/A8 rotors are now
available for the A4, 5000, and 200 series cars.

I have no interest in BIRA, other than I plan on purchasing
a set of these adapters.  Too bad I can't afford the calipers
right now!
