East Bay area alignment recommendation and Stabilant 22A source

Second post for an East Bay Area (California) recommendation for a good or 
even decent alignment shop.  If you know of a good shop that isn't in the 
South Bay or the Pennisula please let me know - those of you that live 
around here understand how difficult it is to get to Mountain View or Santa 
Clara areas from Walnut Creek.

Also, I have been calling local parts houses for Stabilant 22A - Car Quest, 
Grand Auto/Kragen, Napa - based on previous info regarding who stocks the 
stuff, but still no luck.  Anyone find it around the Bay Area, and where?
