91 CQ value?(fast,now)

I need an opinion on the value of a 91 CQ  (5spd, 20v) Red, leather, one
owner, full records, 187k. Never wrecked.  Oil changed every 2,000 miles.
Well maintained by one garage.

Normal mileage is 112k and 187k is HIGH.

Another question:Is this car worn out?

What should I look for specifically, based on your actual ownership of this
car?

I look at the car tonight, leave town over the weekend, and should try to
buy it for $2k in my opinion based on my own judgement before seeing it and
after talking on the phone to the seller.
So I need a fast reply.
