Commercial was shot in Lahti, Finland on the K90 hill. If anyone is ever
out this way, I'd recommend the elevator up to the tower.
The car was indeed driven up the slope, on heavily studded tires, safety
cable and a special emergency brake equipped with an ancor like device just
in case.
