Strange noise from front end of '87 5k

There is a kinda "rubbing" noise from the front end of my '87 5k. It
will be pretty loud when accelerating at low rpms (most in 5th gear),
will go completely away when I keep a steady speed and will reoccur,
not as loud when I let go of the gas. In the low gears it's almost
impossible to hear. It is mainly in 4th and 5th gear I can hear it..

What can it be? The complete front suspension is overhauled/replaced
5k miles ago (not wheel bearings), it sounds like it may have
something to do with the transmission/CV joints or something like
that, because of the mentioned occurences depending on my right foot..
:-)

BTW: The car is a 5-speed manual, 185k miles.
