http://www.clair.com has some on display near their parts
counter. They're alloys. The story I got was that some cars
(A6's, as I recall) rolled of the truck with these on them
and the salesnazis decided they're just too ugly to sell, so
took 'em off. I bought a set for my A4's snows, and they fit
fine.
They have 9 or 10 (I forget) flat spokes, and the center is
painted a medium gray. Four rings on the center cap, ohmaybe
1 inch high. Mine came with Goodyear Eagles on them.
I paid $200 apiece in '98, as I recall, and got $50 each
for the tires from the shop I bought the snows from. $150--
not bad for brand new factory alloys, even if they are ugly.
Oh, 15 inch; don't know the offset but as I said, they fit
an A4.
