UrQ alignment

It's time to align my UrQ-any recommendations as far as specs go?  Can I cure 
the understeer?

The car: '83 UrQ, all stock except for H&R springs (approx. 1.25" lower), 
with 205/60-15 Michelin MXV4s on stock Ronals.

The MXVs are great all season touring tires, but they SUCK as performance 
tires. Unfortunately they were nearly new when I bought the car in March, and 
are in good condition, so new rubber isn't justified yet, especialy not on 
these wheels  :)
The car understeers pretty badly in real tight corners-the MXV sidewalls flex 
a lot, but I'm curious as to what I can do in the interim.
