You certainly don't need to spend $129 for tires on
a 100! I assume we are talking about a stock car
with stock wheels, right? If so, I wouldn't bother
putting anything more than an H-rated tire on the
car. Anything beyond that is more tire than the
car needs, or can use with it's factory suspension.
I'd consider:
Firstone SH30
Yoko Avid H4
Bridgestone RE930
As for Tirerack reviews, they are OK guidelines, you
just need to keep in mind what _you_ want from a tire.
